In addition to rail transportation and bankruptcy, Mr. Howard handles non-rail commercial litigation and transactional matters.  For example, Mr. Howard  represents a company  that holds exclusive distributorship rights in Asia with respect to certain technologies, preparing master licensing and distribution agreements, as well as sublicense agreements and he has litigated commercial cases, including Carmack Amendment cases on behalf of motor carriers, in both state and federal courts.
