In Chapter 11 reorganization cases not involving rail carriers, Mr. Howard has represented debtors, creditors and committees.  He served as the Chapter 11 trustee for the Boston Publishing Company in a Chapter 11 proceeding in the Bankruptcy Court in Boston, and he has experience in various issues relating to Chapter 11 proceedings, such as relief from the automatic stay, prosecution and defense of adversary proceedings, preference recoveries and the formulation of plans of reorganization.
